2. Why Refunds Are Not Provided
Reports are generated instantly using real-time data from third-party databases.
Once delivered, the report cannot be taken back, altered, or resold.
We incur costs from data providers for every report generated, regardless of the outcome.
3. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered if:
You were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error.
The report could not be generated due to a verified system failure on our side.
